VENTURE WEEKEND 2010
JANUARY 15-17, 2010

FOR: Students in 7-12th Grade

WHAT: We will meet for corporate worship at the church and then be divided by grade & gender to spend time in homes of people in our church for breakout & discussion with some great college students from FBC

FOR PARENTS ONLY: NEW this year is a parent meeting when you drop your student off on Friday night. We will be joined by Dr. Gary Gramling from Howard Payne University as he shares with us about how to become a more effective parent of a teenager. THIS IS A MUST FOR PARENTS!

These devotional pages are meant to help you as you visit with your teenager about what he/she has been learning in their Sunday morning Bible study class.
 
 
 
  Bible Study
(aka Sunday School)
  Bible Study for students:
Sunday morning @ 9:30 am


Students are divided into classes by grade and then into small groups in those classes. Each student has an individual small group leader who is an adult volunteer who assists in the application of the lesson as well as a personal sounding board for the student.
 
  Journey
  Journey is laid back and the atmosphere is one you can bring your friends to. We enjoy a time of praise/worship through music and then a short message dealing with a topic relevant to teenagers.

We meet from 7 - 8:15 pm in the Youth Room on the FBC campus.
